What is the One Hour Challenge?

This page has been set up for anyone who wants to participate in the One Hour Challenge. No matter where you are or what you are into this challenge is for you! 
What you have to do ~ Take ONE HOUR everyday for yourself, completely and totally for yourself.  The only rule is that you can not use the television or the computer for your hour. The challenge is to do something that will either stimulate your mind or your body and therefore raise your spirit. 
We all need some down time in our days to keep us going. If we do not look after our own unit in which we travel, how can we expect to help anyone else?
The Challenge begins for Walkerton, Ontario and the surrounding area on January 31 and ends april 30. 
With this website we can now blog so anyone anywhere can do it.  
The challenge is about reconnecting to your own being, getting back to yourself.
Journaling what you did for your hour, why you chose it and how you felt about it is all you have to do. 
You can blog about what you did and how you felt about it and hopefully we all can share in the changes that are happening!
